Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area

  • We currently ship nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier services.

  • Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times & Costs

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–6 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery fees are for orders within the Western Cape are R80, with free delivery for orders over R1000

  • Delivery fees for orders outside the Western Cape are R100, with free delivery for orders over R1000.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please provide a correct and complete delivery address.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery costs will be for your account.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us at hello@thorneandstewart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist promptly.

7. Risk of Loss

  • Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.
