Shipping policy
1. Delivery Area

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier services.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times & Costs

Standard delivery usually takes 2–6 business days depending on your location.

Delivery fees are for orders within the Western Cape are R80, with free delivery for orders over R1000
-
Delivery fees for orders outside the Western Cape are R100, with free delivery for orders over R1000.
4. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
5. Delivery Issues

Please provide a correct and complete delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery costs will be for your account.
6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us at hello@thorneandstewart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist promptly.
7. Risk of Loss

Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.
