Chocolata - 1747 London Blend (200g / 60% cocoa)

DESCRIPTION

Inspired by an 18th-century drinking chocolate recipe, the "1747 London Blend"  is infused with Ceylon cinnamon, cardamom, and Ugandan vanilla.

Break off a segment, finely chop, and whisk into milk on the stove for a decadently thick hot chocolate. Drink it straight, dunk with a croissant, or drizzle over ice cream and other desserts.

Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, ceylon cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla (real seeds and powder).
