Collection: Dulce del Cabo

Dulce del Cabo is a sculpted fruit preserve range inspired by traditional Spanish Dulce de Membrillo; a quince preserve with fragrantly spiced floral notes and a satisfyingly robust texture that has roots tracing back to Ancient Rome.

We've added our own twist to the traditional quince, with three flavours that can be creatively served alongside cheese, nuts, cured meats, teas, and wines. 

Each small batch is handcrafted and set in intricate cut-glass moulds, making them a striking and memorable centrepiece for any cheese or charcuterie board.
